“My toddler spilled almost an entire bottle of chocolate milk (somehow his car seat did not get any on it). We cleaned it up, used baking soda, vinegar & water mixture and nothing worked. Texas heat doesn't help with rotten milk so you can imagine how disgusting my car smelled. Timothy was super responsive and explained the process of how to get it cleaned up. No harsh chemicals and there were no hidden fees or last minute charges which this mama appreciated. He was super professional and stayed late so I can have my car back. The drive was not ideal but so worth it because my car smells great now and looks clean (picture doesn't do it just but the floors look amazing- very much like when we bought it). Highly recommend him for odor removal and/or detailing! I will definitely have him do my paint so the small scratches are not noticeable anymore. Super thankful I found EcoPal! Thanks Tim for all your hard work and getting my car back in much better shape than when I dropped it off.”
