Common questions about Revivify
Answers to what vehicle owners, applicators, and partners ask most often.
About the product
Is Revivify a ceramic coating?+
No. Revivify is a flexible, self-healing chemistry — fundamentally different from ceramic. It bends instead of cracking and self-heals minor surface damage.
How long does Revivify last?+
3–7 years depending on product tier (SH Lite, Ultra Pro, Carbon X) and asset type.
Does Revivify yellow over time like PPF?+
No. Revivify is UV-stabilized and doesn't yellow or lift under normal use.
Can I apply Revivify myself?+
No. Revivify is professional-only and only installed by certified applicators who have completed brand training.
Becoming an applicator
What's required to become a certified applicator?+
An existing detailing operation (or commitment to start one), completion of online Revivify training + certification quiz, and an interview with the Revivify team.
How long does certification take?+
Most applicators complete the training and certification quiz within a single working day.
What are the tier levels?+
Standard, Pro, Elite, and Distributor — with progressively better pricing and access to premium products like Carbon X.
Is there a minimum purchase?+
Starter kits begin at $795 (Pro Kit) — full breakdown shared during the application + onboarding process.
Warranty + service
How do I file a warranty claim?+
Contact your installer first, then Revivify directly. Have your warranty registration number ready.
Is the warranty transferable?+
Yes — contact Revivify within 30 days of vehicle ownership transfer to maintain coverage.
Does CARFAX show my coating?+
Where applicable for vehicles, your Revivify install + warranty are reported to CARFAX.
