From paint correction to permanent self-healing protection
An 8-step process performed only by certified Revivify applicators using brand-trained technique.
What happens during a Revivify install
Wash
First we wash the car thoroughly from top to bottom so every surface and all the paint are clean and debris-free.
Decontaminate & clay
Using professional decontaminating supplies, clay pads, and panel-prep solvents, we strip the paint and all hard surfaces of every embedded contaminant — especially the fine metals embedded in the paint — so the coating bonds directly to the painted surface.
Inspect & measure paint
Your certified applicator inspects the surface and checks the paint thickness with a professional paint-thickness gauge to see how thin the paint is before committing to a full paint correction.
Paint correction
We correct defects including (but not limited to) swirl marks, wash scratches, paint etching, and blemishes using professional polishing tools, pads, compounds, and polishes.
Post-correction cleanup
Once paint-correction success is achieved, the painted surface is again professionally cleaned of any leftover residues, oils, and solvents from the correction liquids used.
PCD final prep
We use a PCD (Pre-Coating Degreaser) as the final cleaning step so the painted surface is perfect for the Revivify coating. Our PCD is also an adhesion promoter — making sure Revivify offers years of vehicle protection.
Apply Revivify coating
We apply a generous single or multi-layer of Revivify coating, panel-by-panel, by hand using a proprietary technique to achieve full molecular structure, bonding, and adhesion. Correct application is critical to deliver the best performance results.
Display & deliver
Once complete, your car is on display and ready for you to inspect and take delivery. With Revivify it's okay to drive within one hour after coating and leveling. If it's raining or snowing, it's best to leave it overnight to top-cure. Don't get it wet or take long-distance trips for at least 3 days of curing. And schedule your annual or bi-annual checkup as soon as you can — maintenance is the key to success!
