How to file a claim
If you have an existing Revivify warranty policy, our claims department continues to operate normally. Here's the process below.
Contact your installer or Revivify
Reach out to the certified applicator who applied your Revivify coating, or contact Revivify directly.
Claim review + inspection
Our claims department coordinates with your applicator to inspect the coating and verify warranty coverage.
Resolution + recoating
Approved claims are honored through a recoat or partial-area touch-up, handled by a certified Revivify-approved facility.

Revivify-protected vehicles benefit from superior surface protection that prevents appearance and value erosion. When our coatings are paired with proper applicator resources, CARFAX integration and transferable coverage will further increase buyer confidence.

What does coverage include?+
Warranty covers degradation of self-healing performance, UV stability, and hydrophobic properties beyond normal wear within the warranty period.
How do I file a claim?+
Contact your installer first, then Revivify if needed. Have your warranty registration number ready (provided at install).
Does warranty transfer to a new owner?+
Yes, provided the new owner contacts Revivify within 30 days of vehicle transfer.
What voids the warranty?+
Aftermarket coatings applied over Revivify, severe accident damage, or surface modifications void the underlying warranty.
Does CARFAX show my coverage?+
Where applicable for vehicles, your install + warranty are reported to CARFAX to preserve resale value documentation.
