Rock chips. Swirl marks. Sun fade. Solved.

From daily drivers to show cars, Revivify keeps automotive paint flexible, glossy, and self-repairing through years of road life.

The Challenges

What automotive surfaces face

Rock chips + impact

Highway debris is the #1 cause of paint damage. Revivify's flexible protective coating absorbs impact instead of cracking.

Swirl marks + wash damage

Improper washing creates micro-scratches across every panel. Self-healing chemistry erases them with heat.

Sun fade + oxidation

UV breaks down clearcoat over years. Revivify's outer layer takes the UV hit instead of your paint.

Bird droppings + tree sap

Acidic contaminants etch unprotected paint within hours. Revivify's hydrophobic finish rinses them clean.

The Answer

Why Revivify works where others fail

Most ceramic coatings boast hardness ratings. Hard coatings shatter on flex. A car panel flexes constantly — Revivify moves with it and self-repairs the damage that does get through.

Why does modern automotive paint need a sacrificial layer?

The total factory paint film on a modern car is only about 90 to 150 microns, with 30 to 50 microns of clear coat on top (EngineerFix, Detailer Made). Every polish removes 1 to 3 microns of that clear coat. A self-healing coating puts a renewable layer on top so wash marks land in the coating, heal there, and the clear coat is left alone. Full explanation: Why is new-car paint so thin?

What does Revivify do on a car that a ceramic coating cannot?

It heals. A ceramic (SiO₂) coating cures hard at roughly 0.5 to 2 microns and holds every swirl until it is polished off. Revivify is urethane-based, cures flexible at roughly 3 to 5 microns, and reflows light swirls and wash marks closed under the heat of the sun, hot water, or a heat gun. Side by side: self-healing coating vs ceramic coating.

For rock chips at highway speed, paint protection film on the hood, bumper, and mirrors is still the strongest option; Revivify bonds over the film and protects the rest of the car. See the best protection for thin factory paint.

What does automotive Revivify cost and how long does it last?

Installed by a certified applicator, SH Lite runs about $1,200 to $2,500 and lasts up to 2 years; SH Ultra Pro $1,800 to $4,000 for 3 to 5 years; CarbonX $2,800 to $5,500 or more for 7+ years, depending on vehicle size and paint condition. Every install is registered with CARFAX and carries a multi-year warranty. Full table: how much does Revivify cost?

Frequently asked

Can Revivify be applied to a brand-new car?

Yes, and sooner is better. New paint needs the least correction, so the coating goes on with the clear coat at full thickness.

Does Revivify work on wheels, trim, and glass?

Yes. It bonds to paint, glass, metal, plastic, carbon fiber, and vinyl wrap, so one product covers wheels, calipers, trim, and windshields.

Will it stop rock chips?

It resists light impact better than a rigid ceramic, but nothing stops every chip at 80 mph. For chip-heavy driving, pair it with paint protection film on the front end.
