“When I moved in, it was the first time I'd lived in an apartment in 25 years and I was super hesitant. I went on to spend 2 amazing years at this property and would move back in a heartbeat. The property is quiet and well maintained. The walls thick enough that you rarely hear anyone around you (minus the odd upstairs footsteps). The garage is pretty secure with a fob needed to get pretty much anywhere in the complex. My apartment had been recently updated, so I had nice new floors and some updated features to go with the smart hub. It was wide open, and beautiful. Part of what made the experience so amazing, were the staff. Maintenance handled EVERY request quickly and professionally (and responded well with after hours emergency requests). They were friendly and awesome. The main office, managed by Kyra, was always responsive and helped with any question I may have had and they always coordinated the complexes events/updates well. If I should ever find myself back in the valley, I'll be leasing again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great 2 years”

“Honestly, after living here for 3 years, it started out great—especially the front office team—but it’s just gone downhill since. Don't get me wrong, the apartment itself is nice, but the walls are paper-thin. I had an upstairs neighbor who was a screamer and a stomper almost every other night. On top of that, the parking garage gate broke every other week, and management didn't catch any of the break-ins until they finally installed cameras. 😂 The office staff used to be great until they just stopped caring. They started putting up "be back at..." signs on the weekend, but no one ever actually returns—it feels like they're just hiding in the back to avoid people. There’s also zero security in the mailroom, so I’ve had things stolen, and package thieves are a regular thing if a door gets left open. To top it off, the new manager is suddenly on everyone's case about leaving trash cans out after hours, which was literally never an issue before. Basically, ever since this place transitioned to "MAA"🙄, everyone stopped caring. Never again! 👋 Good luck to the ones who decide to move in! Shout out to Tommy in maintenance, though! He is genuinely one of the nicest, most honest people around and absolutely deserves to work for a better company than this place. ✌️”
