“Extremely Disappointed – Poor Follow-Up and Questionable Integrity I initially chose IPAC Auto Spa to protect my Tesla Model S Plaid with PPF based on positive reviews and what seemed like a professional setup. While Peter was friendly during the sales process and did a good job explaining the product, the experience quickly soured after the work was done. The matte PPF began lifting shortly after the installation, and despite multiple attempts to contact them for a fix—which they warrantied—my calls and messages were completely ignored. It's incredibly frustrating to be met with silence after investing a significant amount of money and trusting them with a high-end vehicle. What’s the value of a warranty if the business won’t even honor it or respond? This lack of accountability and customer support reflects poorly on their integrity and the long-term value they claim to provide. Sadly, the initial professionalism felt more like a front to close the sale rather than a reflection of how they treat customers afterward. I would strongly caution anyone considering IPAC Auto Spa—great service shouldn't end the moment your payment clears. I'll be reporting to the BBB and will upload photos to support what is written.”

“Those that own a Tesla probably know about how fast they consume their rear tires due to no way to control their camber. That leads to excessive inner tire wear, which is very difficult to notice unless you lay under the car. It wears the tires to the point of being very dangerous to drive (see pictures). The solution is to install custom parts that solve the problem by allowing you to control camber and toe. However, those parts require not only someone that knows what they are doing but more importantly, know how to proper align the car to the exact specs required by the manufacturer of the parts. I had the privilege to find Peter and TJ at IPAC. Those guys opened the shop on a Sunday to accommodate my calendar since I needed the car during the week. Not only that, TJ was very kind and calm to explain to me the whole process as he performed the tasks. The guy knows so much about his stuff and explains it so well, that I left the shop thinking I’m now as good as him. Of course that’s not the case as there can only be one TJ and if you want your car and experience to be awesome, regardless if it’s a Tesla or if the problem is with tires, alignment or anything, well look no further!”

“Wow... I needed a detail on my m3 badly since I left it outside while I went on an important business trip. Obviously work was more important than the uncovered parking I left my car at. When I returned, there was tree sap all over my car and it was a mess. Since I am a very important business man doing business things in business areas I was surprised the location was nearby one of my client's offices. I made an appointment with I assume was the owner Peter and he was able to fit me into his schedule. I'm very busy so I really appreciated the effort on accommodating my schedule. The detail was perfection when I received my car back on schedule. iPAC is now on my radar for whenever I need to go out to that area again for work. Highly recommended.”
