“I would not recommend C&J Paint Protection Film to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. I brought my brand-new car to this shop for paint protection film installation. Before dropping it off, I thoroughly inspected the vehicle. There were no scratches, rock chips, or paint damage of any kind. It’s a brand-new car. When I picked it up, the owner casually mentioned there were "a few paint chips" that I should know about. My heart immediately sank because I knew there was nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in. Under the lights, I noticed scratches that absolutely were not there before one on one side of the vehicle and another nearly identical scratch on the opposite side. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to make things right, I was told the damage had already been there and that I must have brought the car in that condition. I was also told that the dealership where I purchased the vehicle may have caused the damage and that I should take it up with them. None of that was true. I know my own vehicle, and I know the condition it was in when I dropped it off. What made the experience even worse was how disrespectful and dismissive they were when I raised my concerns.
