“Impressive!! Amazing work!! Took our 2014 Ford Taurus to get cleaned inside and out. We have 3 kids that ride in the back seat and let me tell you...they know how to make a mess. Red juice stains, milk smell and stains. I wasn't sure if they could get it out but they did and it looks amazing. They took the seats out and cleaned everything!!! The engine compartment looks brand new as well. I was so impressed I brought another vehicle in the same day. Awesome work North Bend Auto Detail!!”
“They did a great job on the inside. However the windows were blurry from the wax. There was wax left on the car on the paint and the black parts look grey, not black. When it rained there were white streaks left from the wax they didn't get off. They were still working on the car when I picked it up. I had dropped off my car at 10 am and picked it up the next day at 5pm. I paid $500 when they found out the insurance was paying for it. They washed the engine area without asking. Friendly staff. I have called a few times to set up an appointment to have them make it right and I have been left hanging. I am dissatisfied and disappointed for the amount of money that was paid to have my car detailed. I even read the reviews before taking my car to them. They are a very small detail operation.”
