“I don’t normally write reviews, but Shine Masters absolutely deserves one. This is now our fifth time working with Grant and the team, and every experience has been outstanding. My 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line has their Legend full front-end PPF, System X Max ceramic coating, and System X ceramic window coating. My girlfriend’s 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan SE has System X Max ceramic coating and the System X ceramic window coating as well. This visit was for our ceramic coating maintenance and an interior detail on both vehicles, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Grant went above and beyond to fit both of our vehicles into the schedule while I was away on vacation, which made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. One thing I’ve always appreciated is that Grant genuinely listens to what you’re looking for. He took the time to work with me on exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy rather than simply selling the most expensive package. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Both vehicles came back looking incredible inside and out. I honestly didn’t think some of the stains in my interior could be removed—there was even dried sour cream stuck down in the tiny perforations of my seats—and somehow they got every bit of it out. The attention to detail is second to none. After five visits, I can confidently say that Shine Masters has earned my trust.
