“I hope the person responsible for unloading shipments reads this. A large number of the negative reviews — honestly almost all of the drivers’ comments — talk about your terrible attitude and disrespectful treatment toward drivers. I told myself there was no way all of these similar comments could be true. I thought maybe you were under work pressure or dealing with personal problems in your life. (Even then, that still does not give you the right to treat people badly.) Unfortunately, it seems you have personal insecurities and possibly emotional or psychological issues that you like to take out on other people. Please try to be more flexible when dealing with drivers. I explained to you that I only had 4 pallets and another appointment afterward. I politely asked if you could unload me as quickly as possible, but you insisted on not taking the load until the exact appointment time. That may technically be your right, but remember: when you help others, one day someone will help you in return without asking for anything. Your stubbornness does not make you a perfect employee — it only shows how miserable and disrespectful you are. Thank you for making me lose another load that I was supposed to pick up. Thank you for wasting my entire day while I searched for another load, and most likely I won’t even find one. And thank you to Restaurant Depot for hiring employees like this who have no sympathy or respect for other people. We hope company management at Restaurant Depot will actually review customer and driver feedback and address this situation.”
