Revivify Self-Healing Lite is designed for certified professionals only and can be applied to a variety of exterior surfaces, including paint, plastic trim, metal, glass, and wheels.

This product is an excellent entry point into the self-healing coating category and is also a strong option as a maintenance topcoat or annual re-topper for existing Revivify systems.

Important Application Note: Revivify Lite should be applied according to your training using approved pads and towels only. Flash times are very short, typically around 4 to 8 minutes, so attention to timing is critical. While Lite performs well for mobile detailers, it should be applied in a shaded, cooler area and kept away from windy conditions for best results.

Surface Preparation

As a Stand-Alone Coating Product:

Wash & Decontaminate: Thoroughly wash and clay the vehicle to eliminate all bonded contaminants.

Paint Correction: Perform light to full paint correction as needed. Lite does not fill defects.

Final Wipe: Use Revivify PCD (Paint Coating Degreaser) panel wipe to remove oils, polishing residue, and compound residue. This ensures the surface is completely clean and properly prepared for coating.

As a Bi-Annual or Annual Checkup (over an existing Revivify coating):

Wash the Vehicle: Thoroughly wash the vehicle to eliminate all bonded contaminants.

Clay: Use a very light touch to clay the surface of the prior Revivify coating product.

Application: Perform a very light PCD wipe down, then apply Revivify Lite as a top coat and level to finish for the perfect checkup maintenance package.

Final Wipe: Use Revivify PCD (Paint Coating Degreaser) panel wipe to remove any oils, residue, and polishing compound, ensuring the surface is completely clean and primed.

Directions for Use

Application: Apply Revivify Lite generously to the surface you are protecting using the correct and approved application pad, according to your training.

Process: Use a consistent pattern, either side-to-side or front-to-rear, to apply one layer without excessive overlap. Do not travel back and forth over the product once it has been laid down.

Wait Time: Allow Revivify Lite approximately 4 to 8 minutes before leveling. Due to the quick flash time, timing and environmental awareness are important.

Leveling: After the wait time is complete, begin leveling Revivify Lite as per your training. Use only approved microfiber leveling towels and follow the three-step leveling process to achieve a clean, even finish.

Towel Use: Towel #1 should generally be used about 6 to 7 times before moving to towel #2.

Curing

Drive Time: Curing time for customer pick-up is up to 6 hours.

Total Curing Time: Full curing time is 3 to 5 days, depending on conditions.

IR Lamp Use: Using an IR short-wave curing lamp will accelerate the curing process and allow customers to drive in poor weather conditions much sooner.

Do Not Wash: Do not wash the freshly coated vehicle for at least 6 to 7 days to ensure total curing has been completed.

Troubleshooting: Refer to the official troubleshooting video for high-spots and streaks, just as you would with other Revivify coating products.

Applying Additional Layers (Maximum of 3)

There is generally no strong reason to layer Revivify Lite, as it is designed to perform effectively as a stand-alone coating for up to 2 years of protection.

However, Lite may also be used in the following ways:

• As a stand-alone protective coating
• As a topcoat over other Revivify coating products
• As an annual or bi-annual re-topper during maintenance checkups

If additional layering is performed, do not exceed 3 total layers.
