Product Description: Revivify Ultra Pro is a next-generation, professional-grade self-healing protective coating engineered to deliver unmatched durability, gloss, and surface resilience. Unlike traditional ceramic coatings, Ultra Pro features advanced elastomeric polymers that provide true heat-activated self-healing, allowing fine swirls, light scratches, and marring to disappear with ambient heat, warm water, the hot sun or the friction created with a light polish, light polishing pad and an orbital machine.

Formulated for certified professionals, Ultra Pro creates a thick, flexible, and ultra-glossy layer that chemically bonds to automotive paint, hard plastics, metal, glass and wheels offering long-term protection against:

Ultra Pro is ideal for all vehicles to include high end luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles, to today’s daily driver cars where maximum protection and finish quality are a must. Application Directions (For Certified Installers Only): Revivify Ultra Pro is a professional-use product and should only be applied by trained and certified applicators. Surface Preparation: 1. Wash & Decontaminate – Thoroughly wash and clay the vehicle. to eliminate all bonded contaminants. 1. Paint Correction – Perform paint correction to eliminate swirls, oxidation, and imperfections. 2. Final Wipe – Use our Revivify PCD, (Paint Coating Degreaser), panel wipe to remove any oils or residues and compound or polishing residue. PCD will Ensure surface is completely clean and primed for our Revivify coating products. Directions for use:

• Apply Ultra Pro generously to the surface you’re going to protect.
• Apply Ultra Pro according to your training by using the correct and approved application pad.
• Using either, a side to side, or front to rear process, apply one layer to the surface without too much of an overlap.
• Do not travel back and forth over the product once it’s laid down.
• Be sure to give Ultra Pro the proper wait time before leveling.
• Wait times can and will vary depending upon the climate, air flow, humidity, and both the temperatures inside and outside your shops.
• Wait times can be as little as 8 minutes on warm days and up to 30 minutes on colder days. Even in a climate-controlled shop environment.
• After the wait times are complete, start leveling Revivify’s Ultra Pro as per your training.
• Using only the approved, microfiber leveling towels, level Ultra Pro to perfection using the three-step leveling process.
• Curing times for Revivify’s Ultra Pro for customer pick up can be as little as 1 to 2 hours; however, if it is raining or snowing please allow a minimum of 24 hours.
• Total curing times for Ultra Pro is 3 to 5 days depending upon climate conditions.
• Using an IR, (inferred), short wave curing lamp will speed up the overall curing times allowing your customers to drive in bad weather conditions much sooner.
• Refer to high-spots and streaks with our trouble shooting video as you would with our other Revivify coating products.

Applying additional layers but only up to three layers maximum:

• Offering multiple layers will result in using less product on each layer because layer number one was used to fill in the pores of the paint.
• Follow the application instruction by repeating the above steps.
• Please allow each layer to cure for a minimum of 1 to 1.5 hours before applying the next layer and only layer up to three layers total protection.
• If fogging occurs on 2 nd or 3 rd layer, just continue to wipe the fogging lightly a few more time until the fogging dissipates to no fogging left behind. Do not let product cure with fogging.

Note: Do not wash the freshly coated vehicle for at least 6 to 7 days to ensure total curing times have been completed.
